Zoe Giglio, Account Coordinator & Author

Zoe Giglio is an Account Coordinator on the Sales team at Superfine Kitchen, where she works closely with clients while supporting account management, new product development, and menu design. With over a decade of hands-on experience in hospitality, Zoe has worked in nearly every corner of the restaurant industry from hosting and bartending to tossing pizza dough and shucking oysters.

Her passion for food and storytelling led her to pursue a Master’s degree in English Literature at Georgetown University, where she completed a thesis analyzing food as a cultural artifact in immigration narratives. This academic lens continues to shape the way she approaches food: as something deeply connected to identity, culture, and community.

Now based in the Bay Area, Zoe brings together her hospitality background, passion for writing, and love of food in her role at Superfine Kitchen, helping clients craft thoughtful, engaging menus that reflect both quality and intention. Outside of work, she can usually be found exploring San Francisco in an ongoing quest to find the city’s best bowl of ramen.
